How it works
While some travellers use journey information apps, not everyone is comfortable with them, and many don’t have a mobile at all. For anyone already dealing with anxiety issues or who has a disability, the difficulties are much greater.

We work out the best way to get there and send timely alerts to your phone throughout your journey. You’re told what to do every step of the way - with a buzz to alert you to your next instruction.

We cover trains, buses, trams, major roads, ferries, flights, taxis... even scooter availability. And we'll even tell you if rain will ruin your walk.
Can Journey Alerts find me a better route?
Yes! Our unique journey planner knows when things are going wrong, and can plan routes around disruption
How much does Journey Alerts cost?
Nothing! Alerts are free, and we will never ask you for money (unless you are buying a ticket or similar - unfortunately we can't pay for your tickets!
