Will you tell me if there is a delay?

Of course! We know where every train, bus and tram is - and where it's meant to be - so as soon as we spot a problem that affects you we will let you know

What transport does it work on?

We cover trains, buses, trams, major roads, ferries, flights, taxis... even scooter availability. We'll even tell you if rain will ruin your walk.

What is the buddy system?

We know it can be hard to keep other people updated when you travel - particularly when battery is low and signal is poor - so we can send a loved one updates for you.

What does it cost?

Nothing! Alerts are free, and we will never ask you for money (unless you are buying a ticket or similar - unfortunately we can't pay for your tickets!

Can you find me a better route?

Yes! Our unique journey planner knows when things are going wrong, and can plan routes around disruption (even if you're already travelling)

Is this the same as google maps?

No it really isn't! Not only do we provide personalised information just for you, but we turn it into simple instructions for every step of the way - even when things go wrong. Google doesn't do that!
